14TH ANNIVERSARY

We are proud to announce our 14th business anniversary is April 1st, 2025!
What started as a humble setup in the garage of our apartment has grown into a integral part of our family story.
No, seriously. Patrick's first knife grinder was a handheld Bosch angle grinder turned upside down, duct taped to a table saw. Talk about humble beginnings!
What started as concessionaire sales on Ft. Wainwright quickly evolved into a brick and mortar shop in the Co-Op Plaza in downtown Fairbanks, Alaska. We opened almost exactly a month after our third daughter was born. This shop is all our kids have ever known. Operating this knife store is as much a part of our family as an actual member of our family, and we are forever grateful for the income it has afforded us, the connections it has provided for us, and the enriching conversations and friendships that have blossomed from being a hub in the center of Fairbanks's tourist center.
Going all the way back to our humble grinder, we have been proud to be a staple in the Interior Alaska economic profile. Here's to many more years of supplying Fairbanks and the world with quality handmade knives and gifts, and many more years connecting with our wonderful clientele.
